Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

Carl Jung

Woman with hand on heart embodying openness and safety before psychedelic ceremony

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Support

Most people think the work begins after the ceremony. It doesn't.

In fact, the work begins the moment you say yes to the experience. Your "stuff" starts coming up. Old ways of being start to push against the inexorable march of your evolution.

How you prepare shapes everything that follows. The intentions you set, the inner conditions you cultivate, the expectations you release. All of it matters.

Whether you're preparing for your first journey or integrating your tenth, this is a space to do it with care, depth, and support.

Preparing for a psychedelic experience?

The work begins long before the ceremony itself. You may feel called to psychedelics for healing, clarity, or connection...and want to “do it right,” but aren’t sure how.

You don’t want to bring your old performance patterns with you. You want to be open, intentional, and safe.

Psychedelic preparation support helps you:

- Clarify your intention, without trying to control the outcome
- Recognize and release internal expectations

- Cultivate trust in your body and the process
- Approach the experience with care, curiosity, and presence

This isn’t checklist-based coaching. It’s slowing down, tuning in, and preparing from the inside out.

For Those Integrating

Maybe your experience was beautiful, or difficult, or both.  Maybe it gave you more than you expected, or something entirely different.  Maybe it felt like "nothing happened."

Now you’re back in your “regular” life, and nothing feels the same.

Psychedelic integration support helps you:

- Make meaning without forcing a story
- Stay connected to what you touched
- Move through the emotions surfacing in your body
- Gently bring the experience into your relationships, work, and choices

You don’t have to go back to who you were.

But you also don’t have to figure it all out alone.

When Trauma Shows Up in Ceremony

It will, for most people. And that's not something to fear. It's something to prepare for.

Psychedelics have a way of bringing unresolved material to the surface. Old wounds, patterns, and memories that have been waiting for the right conditions to be seen. The medicine isn't trying to overwhelm you. It's trying to help you heal.

Part of our preparation work is acknowledging what you're carrying, without needing to share more than you're comfortable with, and building the tools you'll need to meet those moments when they arise.

For most people, that starts with an anchor. Something your nervous system already knows how to use. Your breath, a mantra, a simple question you can ask the medicine when things get difficult: "What are you here to teach me?"

You don't have to face what comes up alone. You just have to be willing to let it teach you.

Preparing, integrating, or evolving... I'll walk with you.

The Nature of This Work

Grounded. Somatic. Sacred.

This is not about spiritual bypassing or chasing peak states. It’s about honoring your ceremony experience, and allowing its wisdom to take root in your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily life.

Sessions may involve deep listening, somatic processing, emotional inquiry, or practices that reconnect you to yourself.

You don’t need to explain it all. You don’t need a polished narrative. You just need a place to land, and someone to walk with you while it integrates.

What Clients Say

"I had no idea how badly I needed support like this."

“I was expecting one thing, but the medicine gave me something completely different.”

“I didn’t properly integrate the first time.”

“I want to stay connected to what I touched — not forget it in the rush of daily life.”

“This work helped me trust my body again.”

Not Sure Where You Fit?

Whether you’re preparing or integrating, you’re welcome here.

Some clients come to me weeks before a retreat. Others find me months after. Many are somewhere in between...unsure what’s next, but sensing something real has already begun.

If something inside you is asking for support, whether in preparation, reflection, or the long unfolding that comes after, I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Psychedelic prep and integration coaching begins with six weekly sessions, typically three before your ceremony and three after, though we adapt based on where you are in your journey. All sessions are held virtually, so wherever you are in the United States or Canada, we can work together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Preparation is about creating the right inner conditions: clarity of intention, openness, and safety. Coaching helps you enter without rigid expectations, release the need to perform, and feel more grounded before you begin. This isn’t about controlling the experience, but about showing up ready to receive it fully.

That’s very common.  Sometimes the medicine brings up something different than we imagined, or (seemingly) "nothing" at all.  Psychedelic integration coaching helps you make sense of the unexpected, process what arose somatically and emotionally, and stay connected to what truly matters without forcing a story.

Yes. Psychedelic integration coaching is designed for exactly that: to revisit your experience and bring it into daily life with clarity and care.  Even if months or years have passed, it’s never too late to reconnect with what the medicine showed you and anchor it into your choices and relationships.

No. In fact, many clients come to coaching before a planned journey to clarify intentions and prepare emotionally, mentally, and somatically.  I also work with clients who are integrating past experiences, whether recent or from years ago.

Safety and integrity are at the center of my work. Integration coaching always moves at your pace.  You are in choice about where we go, and my role is to support you with compassion and presence, not to push or prescribe.

No.  I do not make recommendations for specific providers.  I will, however, help you to understand what to look for in finding the right fit for you.

Yes. Integration includes the challenging and messy parts, not just the beautiful ones. Together we can explore what came up (emotionally, somatically, spiritually) and work toward meaning and resolution in a compassionate, grounded way.

No. I am not a licensed therapist and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is present-and future-focused. It’s about helping you clarify what’s arising and what wants to change in your life as a result.

Absolutely...and your therapist will likely agree. Therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration coaching are complementary, not competing. Your therapist supports your overall mental health. Psychedelic integration coaching is specialized work focused specifically on preparing for and integrating your psychedelic experience.

Most therapists, even excellent ones, don't have specific training in psychedelic preparation and integration. That's a distinct skill set that requires understanding of non-ordinary states, ceremony dynamics, somatic processing, and the particular challenges that arise before and after a psychedelic experience.

This coaching fills that gap and works alongside your existing therapeutic relationship, not instead of it.  The two modalities support each other well.

Absolutely. Many clients begin with integration coaching and continue into deeper work beyond integration.  My core coaching packages are designed to support ongoing alignment in every area of your life.
