The ceremony showed you something real. Maybe it was clarity about your relationships, your work, or the life you've been living on autopilot. Maybe it cracked open a grief you'd been carrying for years. Maybe it showed you, with startling precision, exactly who you've been and who you're capable of becoming.
And then you came home.
Back to your inbox. Your patterns. Your people. The insights were real, but life has a way of swallowing them whole.
This is where most people stop. The experience becomes a memory instead of a map.
It doesn't have to be that way.
This is where most integration work stops short. You process the experience, make meaning of it, and then... return to the same patterns. The same reactions. The same version of yourself, slightly more self-aware but not fundamentally different.
Ongoing transformational work closes that gap.
Using a blend of somatic exploration, parts work, accountability, and practical behavior change, we take what the medicine revealed and build it into how you actually live. How you lead. How you relate. How you make decisions when life gets hard and the ceremony feels like a distant memory.
This isn't about staying in the experience. It's about becoming someone who doesn't need to go back just to remember who they are.
But if you're ready to stop living like you are, this is where that work happens.
The psychedelic prep and integration work we do together, before and after your ceremony, is the foundation. But lasting change, the kind that shows up in your relationships, your sense of purpose, and your daily choices, takes longer than six weeks to build.
Most clients continue into a 12-session container after their initial prep and integration work. We meet weekly, and we go deeper. Not rehashing the ceremony, but using what it revealed as a starting point for real, sustained behavior change.
Some clients complete one 12-session container and feel ready to move forward on their own. Others choose to go another round, working on a new layer of what's asking to change. Both are welcome here.
The goal is never dependency. My job is to work myself out of a job. When we're done, you won't need me to access what the medicine opened. You'll carry it yourself.
And when life calls you to go deeper again, a new ceremony, a new transition, a new layer asking to be seen...
I don't want clients for life. I want clients who leave our work together more themselves than when they arrived. More grounded. More capable. More clear about who they are and how they want to show up in the world.
That's the horizon we're working toward from day one.
And then life will keep happening. A new ceremony calling. A new transition arriving. A new layer of yourself asking to be seen. When that moment comes, you'll know what good support feels like.
You'll know where to find me.

This is the question at the heart of this work. Insights fade when they aren't anchored into behavior change. Ongoing somatic support provides the structure, accountability, and embodied practices that turn what the medicine revealed into how you actually live.
For many people, six sessions of integration work opens a door. Ongoing transformational work is what you do once you're through it. We shift from processing the experience to changing the patterns it illuminated, building new ways of showing up in your relationships, your work, and your sense of purpose.
Your prep and integration sessions focus on the ceremony itself, before, during, and after. This ongoing work takes what the medicine revealed and builds it into your daily life through behavior change, somatic exploration, parts work, and accountability. It's the difference between having the insight and actually living differently because of it.
This work is trauma-informed. Many of the people I work with carry significant trauma histories, and psychedelic experiences often bring that material to the surface.
Being trauma-informed means I understand how trauma lives in the body, how it shapes behavior and relationship patterns, and how to create a space that feels safe enough for real work to happen. It means I will never push you past what your nervous system can hold.
It does not mean I am a clinical trauma specialist. When what's needed is dedicated trauma treatment, I will tell you honestly, and I will help you find the right support. Often, coaching and trauma therapy work best alongside each other, not instead of each other.
Most clients begin with a 12-session container after completing their initial prep and integration work. Some complete one container and feel ready to move forward on their own. Others choose another round when a new layer asks to be explored. There is no one-size answer, but this is not a quick fix, and it was never meant to be.
No. This is non-clinical coaching. I am not a licensed therapist and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. This work is present and future focused, centered on behavior change, accountability, and embodied transformation. If clinical support is needed, I will always say so and help you find it.
Therapy is typically focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often by working through the past. This coaching work is focused on your present and future, specifically on turning what you've learned about yourself into lasting changes in how you live. Both have value. They serve different needs.

Kris Russell PCC, works with people who are preparing for a profound psychedelic experience, integrating one, or ready to do something lasting with what they learned.
His work blends somatic coaching, mindfulness practices, parts work, and practical behavior change to help clients move from insight to embodiment, from knowing what needs to change to actually living differently.
His clients often say, "I've never said that out loud to anyone before."
And that's exactly the point.
